My exact secrets, tips and strategies to claiming total Food Freedom...WITHOUT having to sacrifice your body goals!
Imagine for a second....you are going about your day and boom....an your friend texts you a last minute invite to Happy Hour. You so want to see your friend and you know how totally fun it's going to be BUT you think to yourself "well, I can't have any of my favorite drinks and I have no idea how this food is going to fit into my program"....and all of a sudden all that excitement goes right out the window. Instead you feel frustrated, depressed, and upset because it feels like you are forever going to have to avoid or feel restricted at these fun events. That or you will just have to be OK with gaining weight....and both thoughts leave you feeling hopeless. Now, usually you would just have to make a choice...you might even go to happy hour and "cheat" on your diet...but eventually it would end the same...your program would go right out the window in favor of the freedom you crave and you would be left feeling like it's all your fault....but I have another option for you....
Imagine the same scenario....you get the text, you feel the excitement followed quickly by the trepidation....you feel yourself starting to spiral into the space of indecision...to cheat or not to cheat....but then you remember...you are in charge and actually you are totally confident about your ability to go to happy hour and enjoy what you want WITHOUT having to worry about your weight...you remember that you are already well on your way to your body goals and you no longer have any rules or compliance lists to follow....and BOOM instead of feeling dread and sadness, you shoot back a text to your friend with excited emojis and the only thing you can think of is how awesome it is to have this freedom.
Or perhaps you just woke up....your look at your alarm clock as it chimes and you sigh....and then it hits you like a ton of bricks....you indulged last night...and as each image floods your brain of what you ate, your guilt gets worse and worse until it feels like a big old boulder in your stomach. Immediately you begin berating yourself "how could you do that!" "That was totally off plan!" "You suck! Why can't you manage to stick to a diet?!" "You are just going to be fat because you have no self-control"....on and on the insults flood in. FAQ
Am I guaranteed results?
As with anything, there are always variables that can change the results received by individuals. So no...I can't guarantee results...what I can guarantee is that I will do everything I can to help you along the way!
What Is The Refund Policy?
There are no refunds once we begin the course (This includes any pre-work or coaching delivered). This is to protect the content AND to keep you from sabotaging yourself if fear, resistance or doubt creep in (gotta love our ego right).
When can I expect to start seeing results?
Each person is different and it also depends on what you view as "results"....however, I can say from experience that those who are committed to doing the work will experience the most results. You might be surprised at what the universe has in store for you once you set the intention to achieve freedom ;)
How long are the free coaching sessions?
Each complimentary session will be 20 minutes in length (although sometimes we can go over that time no problem!) and times available will be posted in the group starting in the 1st week of the course.
How long are the weekly calls?
Each call ranges but the average is about an hour.
What if I can't make the designated time for the call?
Don't worry!!! The recordings will be made available pretty quickly (barring any unforseen tech issues) and you can watch the recordings as often as you like. You also have the group to post questions in and I do my best to respond as quickly as possible.
What if I miss a payment?
I understand that sometimes financial difficulties can arise. The most important thing is to TALK TO ME before you become delinquent on your payments. I am willing to work with you and you won't receive any late fees if you reach out to me prior to your missed payment. If, however, you become delinquent on your payments, there is a a $25 fee for each week the payment is delinquent. This is due to processing fees I have to incur from Paypal.
